A tough one

Here's one for you old timers. Where in East Liverpool is (was) this? Buckeyeelo will have to let us know when someone gets it because I'll be guessing along with the rest of you.

I'm guessing Leroy's is on the left where the guy is standing. Camera Mart on the immediate left. I'm not from the 'Pool', but that's my guess.

This street is too wide and too flat to be Market Street, I would say it is 2nd Street in its heyday!

It's on the way to a pottery because you can see the kilns in the background. Maybe down by Hall China?

I'm waiting for Buckeyeelo to reveal the correct answer. Or perhaps no one has guessed it yet.

I have a terrible cold and fever and haven't done much.

You did have the information, I sent it to you with the pic

I don't normally plan on getting involve in the pics.

Ladies and Gentlemen the picture is part of the proposed "University District" as it looked in 1898.

The Pic was taken from 5th Street looking east. Directly in front of you is the cross street known as Washington. A Little further up is Broadway and further up still is Walnut.

I can find out the name of the pottery in the distance if anyone wants to know
