Texas judge beats daughter for using Internet
This is how sadistic parents express love in Texas, but the daughter got her revenge. How? By secretly filming her beating and posting the video on the Internet. Now that's what I call justice! The beating shown here took place several years ago, but the video has just recently been posted on YouTube. The judge admitted that he is the person delivering the punishment in the video. Earlier this week I passed on a story about an Oklahoma judge who was caught masturbating in court. And then there was the Pennsylvania judge who sentenced teenagers to private prisons for kickbacks, and it doesn't stop there. It's time we quit buying into the mystique of judges. They are lawyers with robes, nothing more, and they do not deserve respect merely because they put on those robes. No question about it, we need to find a better way of vetting attorneys before we hand them so much power.

But as I look at the field of Republikan candidates, plus Mr. Weeener, plus that Nevada woman, plus that Delaware woman, plus John Edwards, I have to wonder if political authority here and abroad has always been this maladjusted psychologically. I guess I've always assumed that the likes of Henry 8, Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, were aberrations. But things probably have been this wacko all along, everywhere, which makes it all the more a miracle that the U.S. has survived and in many ways thrived.
Maybe a Republikan way to look at it is this: if psychopathology is the normative condition of those in power, that's all the more reason to minimize and restrict all political authority. Ensure that each household is free to destroy its own children rather than giving government the power to destroy all children. Call it One More Modest Proposal.

That is absolutly disgusting! He should be behind bars! I don't care how long ago the video was taken. So many people with power decided that nothing can touch them and in most cases they are right. Sad and heartwrenching to see someone treat anyone like that let alone their own child. Someone needs to beat him like that!!

Jeff, I saw that too. Have other batches of presidential candidates in any party offered up such a steady stream of mean-moron-juice in previous years? It seems like a new jaw-dropper every other day. Of course your quote is from Anne Coulter or some Fox genius, isn't it? But the candidates are doing just as badly. Other than George Wallace, who has sunk this low in the last five or six decades?
Yeah Bud, they are really non-violent. The police are using those techniques you described just for the heck of it! Wake up. I myself if I was a cop there at any of the protests could clear the streets in minutes.....tell all the protesters that there will be a job fair on Wall Street...they will flee, rather quickly!
